Custom cargotecture designs

In addition to our pre-designed cargotecture homes, HyBrid Architecture and HyBrid Assembly also work with residential and commercial clients to create cargotecture assemblies on a one-off, custom basis.  

Typically a design fee is established to allow our architectural team to develop a specific design for your needs.  Once a design has been established, our team creates the blueprints and specifications of the project.  Once all permits are received, HyBrid Assembly can be is contracted for the factory construction of the project or in some cases the project is constructed on site in a more traditional manner by local contractors.

Custom cargotecture designs by HyBrid Architecture have included:

• 3 story, 7200 square foot of commercial loft and showroom, Seattle 2009
• custom homes, 2005 to 2011
• engineering and recording studio spaces
• pop-up retail spaces
